Jana Kramer bio

Jana Kramer became famous on television, where she played Alex in the One Tree Hill series' last three seasons. Her first few releases as a country singer included in episodes of the series helping her 2012 eponymous debut album in the top 20 of the Billboard 200. Thirty One, her follow-up album released in 2015, made it to into the Top Ten. Her decade culminated by performances in Dancing with the Stars. In 2021, the album The Doubting Voices made its debut. Jana Rae Kramer began acting in 2002, when she was still just a teenager. She was born in Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer is a veteran of country music. Through the years Kramer was a regular on a variety of shows including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the recurring role of Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights in the 2nd season (2007-2008). Kramer was in 90210 from 2008 to 2009 as Portia and Brooke Manning before joining One Tree Hill on the CW in 2009. There, she played Alex Dupre. Her appearance on the show until the end of 2012 when the series was cancelled. Jana Kramer Kramer was a star of One Tree Hill from 2009 until the year 2012. The actress had signed an agreement with Elektra Records, and she introduced her new contemporary country song I Won't Give up in an One Tree Hill 2011 episode. This track appeared later on her debut album in mid 2012. The track made it to into the Top Five on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart. She continued acting in films like Heart of the Country 2013 or Country Crush 2016 which would be appealing to her fanbase. Kramer has released her sophomore album Thirty One on Warner Music Nashville in October 2015. Thanks to The Top Five country hit I Got the Boy and the duet she did with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith it fared even better reaching number three on the country album chart as well as number ten in the Billboard 200. Following a two-month run during 23rd Dancing with the Stars season her final score was in fourth place. That year she also had an adult contemporary smash featuring the song "Feels Like" Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser.
