Mary McCormack is an American actor who has been known for her leading role in the TV show 'Murder One", 'The West Wind in Plain Sight' as well as Loaded. Mary McCormack is famous for her performances in the movies 'Private Parts and 'Deep Impact' True Crime and 1408. She was born to a psychologist and an ice cream parlor proprietor, McCormack hails from a family that has no connection to the world of entertainment. She went to Wardlaw-Hartridge School, and following the separation of her parents in the year 1990 she enrolled at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in comparative arts. In her early twenties when she began her stage career, it started with a performance of "Amahl, and the Night Visitor" an opera for Christmas. While she pursued her profession in theatre, McCormack eventually was cast in roles on television and film. McCormack has become one of Hollywood's most versatile actors. Michael Morris is her husband and she has three daughters.
